SEMI-THERM is an international symposium dedicated to the thermal management and characterization of electronic components and systems. Our goals are to provide knowledge covering all thermal length scales from integrated circuits to facility levels, foster discussions between thermal engineers, professionals, and industry experts, and encourage the exchange of information on academic and industrial advances in electronics cooling.

Technical Sessions will be presented over three days and cover these topics:

Consumer Electronics                      Thermal Interface Materials          Liquid Metal

Two Phase Cooling                            Data Center/Immersion                 Automotive/Aerospace/Outdoor

Test and Measurement Methods    CFD/Numerical Methods               Advanced Manufacturing

Single Phase Liquid                           Emerging Technologies                 Thermal Comfort/Compliance

SEMI-THERM is accepting abstracts for technical presentations. If you would like to submit an abstract, visit our website are www.SEMI-THERM.org.
